Susan Turek, Stylist

     Susan has been working in the interior design field for over 10 years and has just recently moved back to Valparaiso from Chicago. She has spent the past five years running a showroom at the Merchandise Mart. She manages our daily operations, focuses on building client relationships, and works with our team on project management, while adding her creativity and appreciation of beauty to everything she does. Her passion for the complete interior design process energizes her everyday at our studio. You’ll love working with her. Susan’s love of keeping the mind, body and soul in constant connection is nurtured by her teaching and studying yoga. Next time you’re in the office, if you are feeling particularly stressed, ask her for a “shoulder pull”.

Tiffany Reppen, Operations Manager.

     Tiffany Reppen is our new Operations Manager. She manages our daily operations, focuses on building client relationships, and works with our team on project management. Tiffany has over 8 years of experience managing local health clubs and is ready to expand her horizon into the world of design. She "loves coming to work everyday and learning something new".

Growing up with 4 younger sisters contributed to her natural ability to lead and manage! She and her husband live in Hobart with their yellow labrador and 3 cats, all rescues from local shelters. Tiffany "hopes this honeymoon stage will never end"!

The art of photography is another of Tiffany's passions. She is able to find beauty in every environment through her camera's lens. "I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to capture a special moment in time, preserving the warmth of the memories represented within that one photo".

Tiffany is also a certified massage therapist, who appreciates the atmosphere a room can give, whether that is a tranquil setting or an energizing aura. So if your design challenge is starting to give you a headache, come see us (you may just get a great head massage out of it)!

KC

     KC has been with us since that fateful morning, 9/11/2001, when she showed up at our back door, peering through the window. She easily moved in to the Vermin Control position, and we immediately noticed a reduction in acorn stashes around the office and workshops. She often assists Susan with welcoming customers from one of her favorite spots-- the center of Susan's desk. However, she is often asked to patrol outdoors when we have "cat-sensitive" guests in the studio. She is actually quite fine with this.

      Since joining us, she has developed a keen appreciation of textiles, showing a strong preference for natural fibers, particularly wool and silk. So when our fabric reps are here, she is often again asked to patrol the grounds outdoors. She is less fine with this, as she really loves to roll around in all those wonderful, luxurious fabrics. Who can blame her?
